About the Book
| Baby
food has undergone a revolution. Supermarkets are stocking their
shelves with expensive organic baby food, businesses specializing in
home-delivered infant meals are cropping up across the country, and
even chefs like Eric Ripert of the renowned Le Bernardin are offering
gourmet children’s meals in their restaurants. Clearly,
parents have
caught on to the notion that kids like good food, too, and the health
concerns about the sugar, trans fats, and preservatives in processed
foods are leading more and more parents to make their baby and toddler
food at home.
In 1,2,3,
Cook for Me, parents will find hundreds of delicious,
simple, and
nutritious recipes for babies and young children, and the rest of the
family! From Sweet Potato Fries to Blueberry Milkshakes to Green Eggs
and Ham, you’ll find recipes that children and adults will
love. Best
of all, the book is jam-packed with up-to-date nutritional information
and facts about childhood obesity. It’s never been easier,or
more
important, to feed your children well!

About the Authors
Karin Knight,
R.N.
I was born in Norway and immigrated to the USA in 1961. I became
licensed in California and worked there for 25 years as a registered
nurse. I now live with my husband in Missoula, Montana.
I count being married to the same husband for over 45 years and having
raised 3 amazing children among my finest accomplishments. I
think, however, that my passion and joy for cooking have contributed
the most to making One, Two, Three, Cook for Me a unique and important
book.
