Christine Staggs. The event was featured in The Big Sky Journal.

I was born in Norway and immigrated to the USA in 1961. I became
licensed in California and worked there for 25 years as a registered
nurse. I now live with my husband in Missoula, Montana.
I count being married to the same husband for over 45 years and having
raised 3 amazing children among my finest accomplishments. I
think, however, that my passion and joy for cooking have contributed
the most to making One, Two, Three, Cook for Me a unique and important
book.
